• Do not use LipsyncX to mislead, impersonate, or violate rights of others.

Content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant LipsyncX a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

Payments

Paid features are billed in advance or as usage accrues. Taxes may apply. All payments are processed by our payment providers.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our discretion unless required by law.

Service availability

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LipsyncX disclaims all warranties and liabilities.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LipsyncX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm LipsyncX or others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
